The best way to post a picture is to fist upload the picture to a hosting site such as www.photobucket.com  There are other sites, and it should be a free service.  Once you picture is there there are a number of options.  Copy the image tag and paste it into your message.  that way we can all see the pictures but it reduces the bandwith requirement on this site!
